I was referred to him by another NorthPark resident when I needed to find a new apartment after my lease ended, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We lived here for several years, and while there were some positives, our overall experience was mixed. The maintenance team was responsive, professional, and one of the best aspects of the community. Unfortunately, we had ongoing issues with noisy neighbors, and despite reporting them, we didn’t feel they were effectively addressed. Smoking in common areas was another recurring concern that affected our experience. We also experienced prolonged elevator issues that took several months to resolve, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Our move-out experience was disappointing. We were charged for flooring replacement despite the move-out inspection not clearly documenting damage in the area, and the explanations regarding the charges were inconsistent. We also felt there was a lack of transparency and clear communication throughout the process, which made resolving the issue frustrating. I would recommend taking detailed move-in and move-out photos and carefully reviewing your final statement before moving out. Overall, the maintenance staff deserves recognition, but the lack of timely resolution of community issues and the frustrating move-out process left us disappointed.

If i can give 0 start I will. Do not live here if you want unsupervised residents service because they never respond to the phone call and no physical service on site. When you need them they all disappear and email and text messages all not working when you have problem. The packages always always always will go missing in the mail room and even you file police report about stolen package they will say pleases contact carrier because they not going to deal with stolen packages. Also the apartment sucks the floor is not flat. The balcony sucks and you always hear neighbor moving around and the door closing will make the whole apartment shake. The rent will keep increasing every year so like first year is like 150 and then 200 and 300 and they just say it is market price which is not even matching they just want to increase price. When you moved out they made you pay like $1000 dollars for cleaning because you live there for years and they want to change carpets which is very clean not damaged at all. They never come change carpets when I first move in and the washer and dryer were completely dirty and sandy when I moved in. Everything is old. You can hear people partying very late night and smells weed all the time and trash. Sometimes weird people will try to open your door so lock it and double lock it. They will be some weird people knocking on the door ask you to donate money to them do not answer the door ever and I do not even know how they get in the first place since there is gate. Also the service guy who came in to fix your apartment will open your refrigerator and check your food not sure why but I caught it and sometimes they just go in to your room try to fix things but it is actually not fixed. They also have random fire alarm testing sometimes. It will goes off like 4 or 5 am in the morning for no reason and it is very stupid. Anyway do NOT come here if you can. It is a very creepy place and the garage door is always broken and people like to randomly park in the middle of the stree sometimes and block you for no reason.

I lived in this community for about two years, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While the maintenance staff was generally responsive when I submitted requests, that positive experience did not outweigh the ongoing issues I encountered living here. The buildings are older, and I could regularly hear noise from neighboring apartments through the walls and ceilings. I also dealt with a persistent ant problem in my unit despite maintenance visits. One of my biggest concerns was security. During my time here, I became aware of multiple vehicle break-ins in the parking garage, which made me uncomfortable parking there. I no longer felt confident leaving anything valuable in my car. Another issue I frequently noticed was the smell of marijuana in common areas, particularly during evenings and weekends. The property looked appealing when I toured it, but my day-to-day experience after moving in was quite different. Over the two years I lived here, I felt the overall condition of the community and my sense of safety declined. I hope management continues to address these concerns so future residents have a better experience.

You will completely lose your inner peace living here. This community charges premium prices but delivers a chaotic, miserable living experience. Residents throw massive, disruptive pool parties with blasting music until midnight, and the courtesy patrol does absolutely nothing to stop it. On top of the nighttime chaos, management schedules major maintenance and construction work that drags on for months at their own discretion. It is extremely noisy day and night. Zero enforcement of community rules, zero peace and quiet, and zero value for the premium rent they charge. Avoid at all costs! DO NOT TRUST THE 5-STAR REVIEWS! The maintenance crew is great, but management is running a toxic scam to inflate their ratings. The facility manager has tied the maintenance team’s tips to Google reviews. If you want to tip a worker for a job well done, they are forced to ask you for a 5-star review so the company gets the credit. Using hardworking staff as leverage to fake a good reputation is cheap, evil, and predatory. Shameful business practices. Avoid this place!

You will lose your peace of mind living here dealing with the management. Despite charging premium rent, this community delivers a noisy and frustrating living experience. Loud pool parties often continue late into the night, community rules are rarely enforced, and ongoing maintenance and construction projects create constant disruptions. The transition to the new key fob system has been a complete mess. It has caused unnecessary inconvenience, provides little visible improvement in security, and many of the issues remain unresolved. The parking gates are another ongoing problem—frequently noisy, unreliable, and sometimes not functioning properly. Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews. The maintenance team is excellent, but management appears to push review collection through maintenance interactions, creating a misleading picture of the overall resident experience. Great maintenance staff. Poor management. Not worth the premium price.
